Learn how to spice up your dance by incorporating the "Core Moves" with a chair.You will follow along with the women and learn how each move is utilized using one chair.

Next, you'll learn to incorporate walking, four hip rolls and your floorwork routine using two chairs along with a few new tricks!

Solo dances by each of the three women featured in the video will assist you in learning variations on how to use the moves in different ways.

Finally, watch a chair dance demo using a live partner and see how it all comes together. An opportunity to utilize all of the moves that you have learned.
