Our workshop experiences are designed to meet your needs. The recommended path is to take one of our scheduled EXOTIC JOURNEYS or create one with your private group. This 8-10 hour experience of our 4 primary workshops gives you the most comprehensive dance instruction combined with the deepest transformational opportunity. The Exotic Journey was designed to take you the furthest on your journey inward and is guaranteed to have you feeling more beautiful and confident. So, dive in and take all 4 Workshops as one experience.

If the commitment to The Exotic Journey is too much for you, we recommend that you begin with the foundation of the entire AOED program, the 1st of the 4 Workshops, THE SIGNATURE WORKSHOP. You are guaranteed immediate and profound results after this one time, 3 hour experience (sometimes offered in a weekly format).

Last but certainly not least is the 90 minute EXOTIC SAMPLER. This will give you a taste of what AOED has to offer and is a sampling of what happens during The Exotic Journey.
